When listed with a "Super" Real Estate Professional your property is listed on the local RASM, NorthStar & SEMAR MLS. Making your property viewable to thousands of agents across the state. Changes to the coverage area will take place 2019.
Once an offer/offer’s have been received your "Super" Real Estate Professional will present to you any and all offers. Laid out easily to understand each offer. At that point you will have the time to ask questions and recommendations on how to proceed. Depending on the type of representation you have.
Once the offer is accepted the buyer/buyers will prepare to complete any contingencies and get their financing prepared for closing, and the appraisal will be ordered through the lender. If all contingencies are removed and the appraisal passes, you will schedule your closing time.
You may have to re-negotiate with the buyer/buyer’s depending on the reports on any contingencies and or appraisal.
